'Sketches' for The Verb Xmas flyer

My preferred method doesn’t necessarily involve sketchbooks; I like to work through iterations of a design straight in the design software itself. I can explore multiple versions of an idea on different layers within Photoshop, which allows easy switching between my digital ‘sketches’. Here are some initial variations of the effects used on the Christmas flyer I designed for The Verb. I took the liberty of adding a sprig of holly to the BBC Radio 3 logo, as can be seen on the flyer itself.
